Exterior Renovation Project
Our most recent work found us being tasked with an exterior renovation project which involved completing a full rebuild from scratch of a new upper deck area to replace the previous version which had become damaged and unsafe over time. We not only rebuilt from the ground up with new heavy duty treated lumber but also finished the floor of the deck area with commercial grade rubber roofing so that the floor of the upper deck will be weather proof for many years to come. With this new and improved design in place, the upper apartment in this residential property now has a safe and spacious private deck area which also gives added value and a fresh new look to the front of the property as a whole.
